This policy explains what information FundR Mortgage ("FundR," "we," "us") collects through fundrmortgage.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (a strategy call request, a calculator email, or a team application), we receive what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email, city, what describes you, your goals, timeline, preferred contact time and language, and any notes you add. Providing it is voluntary.
Information collected automatically. Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics (such as page views and general region). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Calculator inputs. Numbers you move on the affordability calculator stay in your browser unless you choose to email them to yourself.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you asked about
To communicate with you about your request, in English or Spanish
To evaluate applications to join our team
To operate, secure, and improve the site
To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to mortgage companies

What we share, and what we never do

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver messages (for example, form delivery and email services), with professionals involved in your transaction at your direction, and where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have.

If you apply for a loan

This website's forms are inquiries, not loan applications. If you move forward with a mortgage, the nonpublic personal financial information you provide during the application process is protected under federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and you will receive the specific privacy notices required for that process at that time.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you
Delete personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of)
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@fundrmortgage.com with the subject "Privacy request," or call 626-538-1996. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows (generally 45 days). You may also use an authorized agent.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to serve you and as required by the recordkeeping rules that apply to mortgage companies, then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
